HR Operations Specialist – Employee Lifecycle & Onboarding

About the role

We are seeking an HR Operations Specialist to join Inetum’s Tech HR team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. The role focuses on supporting the employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth onboarding, accurate employment documentation and high‑quality HR administration while enhancing the overall employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, issue and manage employment contracts, amendments and related HR documents.
• Administer employee processes including new hires, contract changes, leaves and exits.
• Maintain up‑to‑date employee records in HR systems and personnel files.
• Ensure all HR documentation complies with legal standards and is properly stored.
• Coordinate onboarding activities, collaborating with hiring managers, IT, payroll, facilities and other stakeholders.
• Act as the first point of contact for new joiners during their initial weeks, addressing HR‑related queries.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of onboarding, HR administration processes and employee experience.
• Support HR reporting, data maintenance and process‑enhancement initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, administration, onboarding or employee lifecycle management.
• Hands‑on experience with employment contracts and HR documentation.
• Good knowledge of HR administrative processes and employment‑related compliance.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in a technology‑focused or fast‑paced environment is a plus.

Required skills

• Familiarity with HR systems or digital HR tools.
