HR Generalist – Portugal (Oeiras)

About the role

We are looking for an HR Generalist to manage HR operations in Portugal, covering the full employee lifecycle. The role will be based in Oeiras and will support both local and global HR initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for all functions.
• Oversee onboarding, compensation, benefits and payroll administration.
• Ensure compliance with Portuguese labour legislation and internal policies.
• Serve as primary HR contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on HR matters.
• Align local HR practices with the company’s global HR strategy.
• Participate in international HR projects and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience as an HR Generalist in a multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of Portuguese labour law and payroll processes.
• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment.
• Fluency in English (mandatory) and Portuguese.
• Autonomous, well‑organized and solution‑oriented, able to thrive in a fast‑growing setting.
