HR Business Partner

About the role

CGI is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join its HR team in Lisbon. You will act as a trusted advisor to business unit leaders, supporting the full employee lifecycle and aligning HR initiatives with the company’s strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with BU leadership to provide HR advice, coaching, and support for business plans.
• Implement and follow up on HR processes such as performance management, salary reviews, training, onboarding, and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and collaborate with Legal to mitigate risks.
• Contribute to transformation, integration, and global HR initiatives.
• Use HR metrics to identify issues, drive improvements, and support business performance.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Senior‑level experience as an HR Business Partner.
• Proven ability to consult with senior management and translate business needs into HR actions.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to make data‑driven decisions.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
• Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint.
