HR Business Partner Data Management Trainee

About the role

This trainee position supports the HR Business Partner team in data management and reporting activities. You will assist in preparing documentation, gathering information for HR initiatives, and ensuring data quality across HR tools.

Key responsibilities

• Support the team in preparing documentation, filling templates, and validating requests.
• Gather preparatory information for HR initiatives and ad‑hoc exercises.
• Collect, analyse, and reconcile HR data, chasing departments to resolve inconsistencies.
• Perform data quality checks, update HR databases, and track information across HR tools.
• Extract key performance indicators and prepare reports for HR Business Partners.
• Organise and maintain team files, records, and pending matters.
• Assist in gathering information for talent identification, succession planning, and diversity initiatives.
• Contribute to the creation and update of training materials such as induction plans and guides.
• Conduct first‑level employee interviews and provide support.
• Summarise market trends and liaise with other HR areas and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Academic background in Management or Human Resources.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written, in English.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Project management aptitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel.
