About the role
Join Thales' HR Shared Service Center in Lisbon and become the friendly first point of contact for employees and managers across multiple countries. You will use your French language skills to support HR operations for France while contributing to a consistent, high‑quality employee experience every day.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary HR contact for employees and managers on all HR‑related topics.
- Guide new joiners through the entire onboarding journey, from offer letter to first day and beyond.
- Maintain HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and quality.
- Support international teams with onboarding, mobility, and day‑to‑day HR processes.
- Prepare HR letters, reports, and documents that simplify people‑related tasks.
- Participate in HR projects and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- A degree in HR, Management or a related field, or equivalent hands‑on experience.
- Fluency in French is mandatory for supporting French HR operations.
- Strong, clear, and approachable communication skills.
- Detail‑oriented mindset with the ability to bring structure where needed.
- Enjoy working with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds.
- Adaptable, proactive, and solution‑oriented attitude.
Required skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Experience with Workday, ServiceNow or other HR platforms (a strong plus).
