Housekeeping Attendant – Luxury Resort

About the role

Join the vibrant team at La Concha Resort, a modern luxury property in Condado, Puerto Rico. As a Housekeeping Attendant you will ensure guest rooms and public areas are spotless, welcoming guests with the signature "Latino Chic" hospitality the resort is known for.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge guests according to company standards, anticipating their service needs.
• Clean, organize, and sanitize guest rooms using approved chemicals and procedures.
• Attend daily staff meetings, collect room reports and keys, and follow all entry protocols.
• Maintain and care for housekeeping equipment, reporting any issues promptly.
• Monitor and replenish supplies, ensuring rooms are fully stocked.
• Execute room‑service set‑ups and related tasks with attention to detail.
• Stay informed on daily hotel operations, events, and procedural updates.
• Follow safety and security policies, report incidents, and complete required training.
• Uphold a professional appearance and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Hospitality‑oriented mindset with strong guest service focus.
• Physical ability to bend, squat, stretch and lift up to 60 lb.
• Capability to handle challenging situations calmly and work efficiently under pressure.
• Availability for night shifts starting at 3:00 p.m., including weekends and holidays.
• Basic cleaning skills and flexibility to work varied schedules.
• Fluent communication in both Spanish and English.
