Graduate Software Engineer (Java) – 2027 Programme

About the role

Revolut is looking for ambitious graduates to join its 2027 Graduate Programme as Java Software Engineers. You will work on real fintech projects, own feature lifecycles and collaborate across product and engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain APIs and micro‑services using Java.
• Optimize systems for risk management, fraud detection and payment processing.
• Participate in greenfield projects and enhance existing services.
• Collaborate with product owners, senior engineers and cross‑functional teams.
• Track tasks, manage progress and deliver high‑quality code.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (2026/2027) with a degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Willingness to relocate to a Revolut tech hub in Poland, Portugal, Spain, the UAE or the UK.
• Ability to work on‑site three days a week (hybrid model).
