Golf Director – Multi‑Site Championship Resort

About the role

This is a unique opportunity to shape the guest‑experience culture of a world‑class resort in the Algarve. As Golf Director you will build a lasting legacy, leading a talented team to deliver an exceptional experience across multiple championship courses.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full golf operation across several championship venues.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of 25‑30 golf‑operations staff.
• Collaborate with senior resort leadership to define and execute a shared vision.
• Design and implement a guest‑experience strategy that feels personal at every touchpoint.
• Maintain the high standards of the courses, facilities and membership services.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in golf operations or luxury hospitality.
• Passion for creating memorable guest experiences and a track record of building culture from the ground up.
• Ability to inspire, coach and grow teams rather than merely manage them.
• Strong commitment to excellence in a high‑performance, service‑driven environment.
