Global Project Manager

About the role

Decskill, an IT consulting firm with over 800 professionals across Lisbon, Porto and Madrid, is seeking a Global Project Manager to lead large‑scale Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) initiatives. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end delivery of application onboarding, reconciliation and compliance projects across the group.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the full project plan for onboarding new applications to the IGA tool.
• Monitor, report and escalate progress and compliance status for group‑wide reconciliation.
• Ensure scope, schedule, quality and budget are met on time.
• Coordinate with CTO stakeholders to automate reconciliation processes.
• Provide technical guidance on IAM concepts such as RBAC, provisioning, recertification and segregation of duties.
• Maintain relationships with business owners, application teams and security/compliance groups.
• Lead steering committee meetings, status updates and risk/issue reviews.
• Identify, triage and resolve issues, escalating critical blockers to senior leadership.
• Produce dashboards, risk registers and KPI reports (e.g., % of applications onboarded).
• Act as liaison between Global Service Lead and regional IAM teams, ensuring governance alignment.

Required profile

• 10+ years leading large‑scale, global IT projects (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent preferred).
• Proven track record delivering IAM/IGA initiatives on time and within budget.
• 5+ years hands‑on experience with IAM/IGA solutions.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
