Functional Analyst / Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Functional Analyst / Project Manager to join our IT team. You will split your time between operational support and leading application development projects, ensuring smooth service continuity and successful delivery of business solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor operational support tickets, handling roughly 30% of your workload and ensuring timely incident resolution.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end project lifecycles, from requirements gathering to delivery, while tracking risks, issues and dependencies.
• Collect, analyse and document business and functional requirements, acting as the bridge between business users and technical teams.
• Define and execute test plans, supporting quality assurance and user‑acceptance activities.
• Facilitate communication among stakeholders, align on scope, timelines and objectives, and support change‑management processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar functional analyst or project‑management role.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a team‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously.
