Fullstack Web Developer – Remote (Portugal)

About the role

We are seeking a Full‑Stack Web Developer to join an innovative project in the Healthcare/Pharmaceutical sector. The role focuses on delivering high‑impact digital experiences, building robust architecture, and driving technical assessments to optimise SEO and UX at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Develop customised and scalable digital solutions using PHP, Node.js, React and SQL.
• Maintain the highest standards of performance, accessibility and digital security.
• Collaborate strategically with design and marketing teams.
• Conduct technical assessments and optimise digital ecosystems for top‑tier SEO and user experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience with PHP, Node.js, React and relational databases (SQL).
• Hands‑on experience with enterprise‑level CMS such as WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore or Adobe Experience Manager.
• Familiarity with Pantheon, technical SEO and UX assessment is a plus.
• Ability to work remotely from Portugal.
