About the role

KCS IT is seeking a Mid‑Senior System Administrator to join its hybrid team in Porto. The role involves managing complex Windows and Linux environments, supporting virtualization, storage, and networking infrastructure for multiple clients. You will work on both on‑site and remote projects, contributing to the company’s consulting and outsourcing services.

Required profile

• Bachelor or Technical Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
• 5+ years of professional experience in Windows and Linux system administration
• Hands‑on experience with VMware vCenter in complex environments
• Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows Server (2019/2022/2025)
• Experience with MECM/SCCM deployment tools
• Knowledge of clusters and SAN/NAS storage technologies (e.g., NetApp)
• Familiarity with network protocols, firewalls, load‑balancing solutions
• Good command of PowerShell scripting and Active Directory/GPO management
• B2 level English proficiency
