Fullstack Node.js Developer (Portugal)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Fullstack Node.js Developer to join Aubay Portugal’s technology consultancy team. You will work on innovative digital projects for clients in sectors such as banking, insurance, automotive and telecommunications, delivering end‑to‑end solutions from back‑end services to interactive front‑end interfaces.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain fullstack applications using Node.js and modern front‑end frameworks.
• Integrate low‑code/no‑code solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Platform) into client projects.
• Build and optimise data layers with PostgreSQL and PostgREST.
• Collaborate with DevOps pipelines, using GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes and ArgoCD.
• Review code and validate deliverables from junior developers.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience as a Fullstack Developer with a strong focus on Node.js.
• Hands‑on experience with Power Platform tools and low‑code/no‑code environments.
• Proficiency in front‑end technologies such as Vue.js and WeWeb.
• Solid understanding of PostgreSQL, PostgREST and relational data modelling.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, containerisation and orchestration tools.
• Ability to mentor less experienced team members.
• French language skills at B1 level are a plus.
