French-speaking Recruiter (BPO) – Lisbon or Porto

About the role

We are seeking a proactive French‑speaking Recruiter to join our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) team in Portugal. Working from Lisbon or Porto, you will drive the end‑to‑end recruitment process, matching qualified talent with our clients' needs while delivering a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates for BPO positions using multiple channels.
• Conduct interviews, assess fit, and present qualified profiles to hiring managers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Generate recruitment reports and analyse data to optimise processes.

Required profile

• Fluent French with strong written and spoken English.
• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a BPO environment.
• Excellent communication and customer‑focused attitude.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Creative problem‑solving capabilities.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
