French-speaking Customer Advisor (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Advisor to join a global customer experience leader in Lisbon. The role involves providing courteous, accurate support to French‑market customers through phone, email and chat, while helping to improve everyday life with smarter home technology.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver professional assistance via phone, email or chat, adhering to quality guidelines.
• Handle inquiries related to household appliances for French‑speaking customers.
• Provide tailored solutions and clear information based on internal processes.
• Identify sales opportunities when appropriate and align them with customer needs.
• Maintain high service levels by following KPIs and quality standards.
• Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve customer experience.
• Work rotational shifts according to project requirements.

Required profile

• Fluency in French (C1/C2) and English (B2 or higher).
• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and empathy for customers.
• Ability to adapt to different customer types and resolve issues efficiently.
• Motivation to learn and grow in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team spirit and a proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset.
