French-Speaking B2B Travel Agent (Portugal)

About the role

We are looking for a native French speaker to provide high‑quality B2B travel support for corporate and leisure clients in Portugal. You will work in a fast‑paced, AI‑powered travel technology environment, handling bookings, ticketing and customer inquiries via chat, phone and email.

Key responsibilities

• Manage hotel, flight, rail and car bookings accurately and efficiently.
• Handle complex itineraries, ticketing, reissues, cancellations, EMD/MCO issuance and PNR management.
• Analyse customer needs and travel preferences to propose suitable solutions.
• Support users on the client’s platform and mobile application.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of suppliers, destinations and travel systems.
• Ensure compliance with company travel policies, customer procedures and global regulations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and improve the customer experience.
• Participate in team meetings, product updates and industry training sessions.

Required profile

• Native or fluent French (oral and written) and fluent English (B2 or higher).
• Previous experience in corporate and leisure travel bookings within a business‑travel environment.
• Familiarity with shift rotation schedules (07 AM – 07 PM, Monday‑Friday).
