About the role

We are seeking a Danish‑speaking Customer Service Agent to join our international team. You will interact with customers in Danish via chat, phone, and email, delivering a professional and positive experience while supporting our global brand.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through chat, phone, and email in Danish.
• Provide accurate, timely, and courteous assistance.
• Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system.
• Build and nurture positive relationships with customers.
• Resolve issues with empathy to promote satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with colleagues and management to improve processes.

Required profile

• Fluent or native‑level proficiency in Danish.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with a professional, empathetic approach.
• Ability to handle inquiries across multiple channels.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
