French Customer Support Agent – Lisbon (Urgent)

About the role

We are launching three new French‑language customer support projects in Lisbon. The positions are open to native or C1‑level French speakers with good English, and no prior experience is required. Each project offers a long‑term contract, paid training from day one, and opportunities for career growth within an international, structured work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide assistance to French‑speaking customers via phone, email or chat.
• Handle inquiries, resolve issues and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Follow established procedures and document interactions accurately.

Required profile

• Native or C1 proficiency in French.
• Good command of English.
• EU passport.
• Customer‑oriented attitude.
• No previous experience required.
