Finance Manager / Financial Controller

About the role

Parkview Invest, a single-family office focused on long‑term capital deployment, is expanding its Lisbon team. We are looking for a Finance Manager / Financial Controller to own operational finance, reporting, and investment support across our portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Financial oversight of investments, holding structures, and family‑related entities.
• Manage or coordinate accounting across multiple jurisdictions, with hands‑on work for Portuguese entities.
• Prepare quarterly and annual financial reports and support internal dashboards, KPIs, and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate tax advisors and auditors to ensure compliance and timely filings.
• Assist the investment team with financial due diligence, cap‑table reviews, and transaction structuring.
• Design, implement, and improve financial processes, reporting tools, and internal controls.
• Oversee cash‑flow, entity‑level spending, inter‑company reconciliations, and funding structures.

Required profile

• Background in accounting, controlling, or audit (Big Four experience strongly preferred).
• Strong technical understanding of IFRS and local GAAP; multi‑jurisdiction exposure is a plus.
• Familiarity with investment environments and financial due diligence is advantageous.
• Analytical, data‑driven, highly organized, detail‑oriented and self‑directed.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese; German is a strong plus.
