Field Service Technician – Secure Power

About the role

We are looking for a Field Service Technician specialized in Secure Power solutions to join Schneider Electric’s Field Services team in Portugal. You will be responsible for delivering installation, maintenance and repair services for our Secure Power equipment, ensuring customers receive reliable and sustainable power solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair Secure Power equipment across the installed base.
• Update the customer database to keep accurate records of service activities.
• Support the planning and scheduling of service interventions.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers and the sales team.
• Participate in product training sessions for customers and internal teams.
• Use company tools and procedures correctly and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Technical education (higher or intermediate) in Electronics.
• Minimum three years of experience in installation, maintenance and repair of electronic equipment.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Basic IT skills (user‑level proficiency).
• Valid Category B driving licence and willingness to travel within Portugal and occasionally abroad.
• Flexible availability for weekends, public holidays and varying work hours.
• Self‑motivated, able to work autonomously and maintain professional relationships with customers.
