Procurement Manager – Smart Locker Production

About the role

Bloq.it is looking for a Procurement Manager to lead the sourcing and purchasing activities for its fast‑growing smart locker production line. You will be responsible for developing and executing a sourcing strategy that aligns with the company’s rapid expansion while ensuring quality, cost‑effectiveness, and timely delivery of materials.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a comprehensive sourcing strategy that meets budget and company objectives.
• Establish and maintain long‑term relationships with suppliers and partners.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement in quality, delivery, and cost.
• Ensure all purchased components meet required specifications and resolve quality issues promptly.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels to support production while minimizing carrying costs.
• Generate regular reports on purchasing performance and cost analysis.
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and delivery teams to align purchasing with schedules.
• Negotiate price reductions and contract terms, and source alternative suppliers to mitigate risk.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Purchasing Manager, Lead Buyer, or Sourcing Manager.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and negotiation skills.
• Highly organized, process‑oriented and able to thrive in a fast‑changing environment.

• Proficiency in Excel.
