About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled Expert Cloud Engineer to join our team. This role requires deep expertise in Windows Server environments, cloud platforms, and advanced troubleshooting.
Key responsibilities
- Lead complex cloud and infrastructure projects, delivering secure and scalable solutions.
- Provide Level 3 support for Windows Server and cloud environments, handling critical incidents.
- Manage incident, problem, and change management processes to ensure service continuity.
Required profile
- 8+ years of experience with Windows Server technologies and cloud engineering.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish and French are a plus.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a global, international team.
Required skills
- Windows Server, Microsoft DFS, IIS, Active Directory, and file services.
- PowerShell scripting for automation.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools such as GitHub, Ansible, and Terraform.
- Knowledge of monitoring tools like Dynatrace; AI experience is a plus.
