Expert Cloud Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Expert Cloud Engineer to join our team. This role requires deep expertise in Windows Server environments, cloud platforms, and advanced troubleshooting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex cloud and infrastructure projects, delivering secure and scalable solutions.
• Provide Level 3 support for Windows Server and cloud environments, handling critical incidents.
• Manage incident, problem, and change management processes to ensure service continuity.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience with Windows Server technologies and cloud engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish and French are a plus.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a global, international team.

Required skills

• Windows Server, Microsoft DFS, IIS, Active Directory, and file services.
• PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools such as GitHub, Ansible, and Terraform.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools like Dynatrace; AI experience is a plus.
