EU Project Communication Consultant

About the role

Magellan Circle is seeking an EU Project Communication Consultant to shape and execute communication strategies for European‑funded projects. You will work with a multicultural team to enhance visibility, stakeholder engagement, and dissemination of project results across various platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement long‑term communication plans aligned with the company’s vision.
• Produce and manage content for social media, newsletters, and websites.
• Organise events, webinars and large‑scale conferences related to EU projects.
• Monitor and analyse communication metrics using tools such as Google Analytics.
• Coordinate with project partners to ensure consistent messaging and timely dissemination.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Media, Communication, International Relations or equivalent experience.
• Minimum three years of experience in communication for EU‑funded programmes (e.g., Horizon Europe, H2020, CEF‑Transport, LIFE).
• Excellent written and spoken English; strong Portuguese skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
