End User Support Specialist

About the role

The End User Support Specialist provides on‑site deskside assistance to internal users, ensuring smooth operation of Windows workstations and Microsoft productivity tools. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality service to both standard and VIP users within a corporate environment.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and repair desktop and laptop hardware and software.
• Support and resolve issues on Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.
• Assist users with Microsoft O365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of conference room equipment, projectors, and meeting‑room facilitation tools.
• Deploy and maintain SCCM client installations and address related problems.
• Document all incidents and service requests in the IT ticketing system (preferably ServiceNow).
• Collaborate with networking and Active Directory teams for basic connectivity and account issues.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience in End‑User Computing (EUC) or deskside support.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with experience supporting VIP or concierge users.
• Ability to work independently on‑site and follow documented processes.
