E-Content Production Manager

About the role

The E-Content Production Manager will coordinate end‑to‑end digital content creation for Nestlé’s global brands and markets. Working within Nestlé Business Solutions, you will ensure high‑quality output, timely delivery, and alignment with brand guidelines while collaborating with internal production teams and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact between global brands, markets, and the internal IMS production team.
• Coordinate a team of global Graphic Producers, allocating resources and managing timelines.
• Validate briefs, assess market content needs, and ensure all necessary materials are provided for production.
• Estimate costs and production timelines based on content complexity.
• Track projects to meet Service Level Agreements and perform quality control on delivered assets.
• Maintain operational documentation and ensure continuous alignment with the IMS account team for efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital content production.
• Strong understanding of branding, content principles, and the digital ecosystem.
• Proven ability to manage high‑volume, multi‑platform projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and problem‑solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
