Head of Demand Generation (Remote, Portugal)

About the role

The Head of Demand Generation owns Easygenerator’s end‑to‑end demand engine, covering paid acquisition, website, SEO/GEO, content and conversion. The role translates product positioning into high‑performing demand programs that generate qualified pipeline, strengthen market authority and improve full‑funnel conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Own and optimise paid, organic, website and conversion channels to meet growth targets and deliver predictable marketing‑sourced pipeline.
• Lead website structure, messaging, UX, landing pages and CRO, partnering with product marketing to ensure clear positioning.
• Manage a €2M+ paid‑acquisition budget, optimise spend for pipeline and revenue impact, and build scalable SEO/GEO content clusters.
• Develop revenue‑focused content aligned to the buyer journey and ensure digital design supports differentiation and conversion.
• Set quarterly growth plans, own marketing‑sourced pipeline targets and key revenue KPIs, and lead paid, content, web and design teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS digital growth with at least 2 years of team leadership.
• Proven track record of pipeline growth and ownership of a €2M+ marketing budget.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset with experience in enterprise‑sales environments.
• Hands‑on experience designing or shipping AI‑agent‑driven marketing automation workflows.
