Media Lead – Full‑Funnel Strategy

About the role

Nespresso is seeking a Media Lead to shape and execute its media strategy across both B2C and B2B channels. The role will own the full‑funnel media ecosystem, ensuring that media investments drive brand growth, consumer engagement, and measurable business results.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead a full‑funnel media strategy aligned with brand and business objectives.
• Develop and activate integrated media plans across ATL, digital, retail, and performance channels.
• Generate qualified traffic, acquire new consumers, and optimise conversion across digital touchpoints.
• Monitor, analyse, and continuously optimise media performance to maximise ROI.
• Partner with agencies, media platforms and external partners to deliver innovative campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with Brand, CRM, eCommerce and Commercial teams for seamless consumer experiences.
• Identify emerging technologies, trends and opportunities to improve media effectiveness.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in media, marketing or communication roles.
• Strong knowledge of media planning, campaign management and performance marketing.
• Proven experience managing agencies and complex cross‑functional projects.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
• Fluent in English.
