Digital Marketing Coordinator

About the role

The Digital Marketing Coordinator supports the firm’s strategic initiatives within the Digital Communications Center of Excellence. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Communications, the role works across the Americas region to deliver website, social, email, and analytics projects for internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Edit, update and publish webpages and microsites using the CMS, building new pages from templates.
• Enhance search relevance with Coveo and perform QA on web, email and event content.
• Create and schedule social media posts, including employee‑advocacy publishing.
• Resize/crop images, manage virtual‑event support, and conduct basic survey administration.
• Pull data reports from Google Analytics, Siteimprove and other tools; track projects in Marketing Central.
• Provide ad‑hoc assistance to the Senior Manager, Marketing Ops and maintain documentation of workflows and processes.

Required profile

• Experience in B2B marketing agencies; law‑firm exposure is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in virtual teams and fast‑paced environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
• High attention to detail and proactive project tracking.

Required skills

• Hands‑on use of Vuture email marketing platform.
• Experience with InterAction CRM.
• Basic HTML coding.
• Photoshop or equivalent image‑editing tools.
• Content management systems (Sitecore preferred).
• Social media marketing platforms.
• Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams.
• Google Analytics, Siteimprove, and Marketing Central tracking system.
