Web & Digital Content Specialist – Graphic Designer

About the role

Payroc is looking for a detail‑oriented Web & Digital Content Specialist who will own the day‑to‑day management, maintenance and optimisation of Dynamics Payments’ web properties. Working closely with marketing, product and sales teams, you will ensure the brand’s online presence is accurate, engaging and aligned with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and update website content and layout using HubSpot CMS, WordPress, Webflow or similar platforms, including page creation, modules, templates and forms.
• Build and optimise landing pages that support campaigns and drive lead generation.
• Analyse user journeys, CTAs and forms to improve conversion rates.
• Implement and validate tracking with GA4, Google Tag Manager and UTM parameters.
• Execute on‑page SEO tactics such as metadata, internal linking and image optimisation.
• Conduct digital quality assurance by fixing broken links, outdated content and responsive issues before publishing.
• Create and adapt web graphics, banners, email templates and other campaign assets using Figma, Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, IT and external agencies to prioritise and deliver digital projects.
• Monitor and report website and campaign performance to inform ongoing optimisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Web Development or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of professional experience managing websites in a marketing or digital environment.
• Proven ability to work independently on page creation and optimisation.
• Strong collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams.
