DevOps Engineer – Kubernetes & GitOps Specialist

About the role

GRiT® is looking for a passionate DevOps Engineer to join its technology tribe. You will help build and maintain highly available, cloud‑native platforms while driving automation and reliability across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and operate Kubernetes clusters, managing RBAC, Ingress, networking, and storage.
• Implement GitOps workflows using ArgoCD or FluxCD and manage Helm charts and Kustomize overlays.
• Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Gitea CI) and ensure smooth delivery of applications.
• Monitor infrastructure with Prometheus and Grafana, and troubleshoot performance issues.
• Collaborate with development, operations, and delivery teams to support reliable, highly available services.
• Assist with on‑premise deployments and cloud migrations (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or Site Reliability Engineer.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Kubernetes, GitOps tools, Helm, and Kustomize.
• Proficiency in scripting with Bash, Python, or Go.
• Solid knowledge of Docker, Linux environments, and CI/CD pipeline configuration.
• Experience with monitoring solutions such as Prometheus and Grafana.
• Ability to work collaboratively across cross‑functional teams.
