DevOps Engineer – CI/CD & Cloud Automation

About the role

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to design, implement and continuously improve our end‑to‑end software delivery pipeline. You will work closely with development teams, architects and product owners to boost engineering efficiency, reliability and speed to market across a diverse technology landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, build and maintain standardized CI/CD pipelines covering build, test, packaging, environment provisioning and production deployment.
• Support multiple technology stacks (React, Angular.NET Core, C/C++) within a shared delivery framework.
• Create reusable pipeline templates and best‑practice guidelines for all product lines.
• Design and automate containerised environments using Docker and Kubernetes, aligned with production requirements.
• Define quality gates, promotion flows and safe release strategies including versioning, rollback and controlled rollouts.
• Integrate observability, monitoring and logging with Prometheus, Grafana and ELK.
• Drive automation, eliminate manual steps and continuously improve delivery speed and reliability.
• Act as a technical advisor and mentor, aligning DevOps practices with real‑world development workflows.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience owning CI/CD architecture and DevOps platforms.
• Strong hands‑on expertise with Kubernetes, containerisation and automated delivery pipelines.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams, tools and technology stacks.
• Focus on automation, reliability, scalability and security.
• Experience balancing standardisation with varying team maturity levels.
• Proactive mindset with technical leadership qualities.
