DevOps Analyst

About the role

The DevOps Analyst will support the CI/CD pipeline for Risk Systems and help implement cloud infrastructure within Risk IT. This position combines management, coordination and hands‑on execution of DevOps projects.

Key responsibilities

• Build and configure new development tools and infrastructure.
• Gather stakeholder requirements and translate them for developers.
• Automate and improve development and release processes.
• Test and review code, ensuring security against cyber threats.
• Identify technical problems, develop fixes and perform root‑cause analysis for production issues.
• Collaborate with software engineers to ensure processes are followed.
• Plan projects, contribute to project‑management decisions and support transversal initiatives.
• Deploy updates, create tools to reduce errors and enhance customer experience.
• Develop integration software, scripts for visualization and procedures for troubleshooting.

Required profile

• BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of overall DevOps experience, including 2‑3 years on a cloud platform.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git/Bitbucket workflows and cloud‑native technologies.
• Proficiency in Unix/Linux environments and scripting languages.
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.

• AI tools: LLMs, ClaudeCode, prompt engineering.
• Version control: Git, Git workflows.
• DevSecOps tools: Fortify, NexusIQ (or similar).
• Additional: Linux, Maven, Redis, Mlflow, SSO.
