Data Analyst – French Speaker

About the role

Natixis, part of the BPCE Group, is looking for a detail‑oriented Data Analyst who is fluent in French to join its IT department in Portugal. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to turn raw data into actionable insights that support business objectives across banking and finance.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, clean, and integrate data from databases, spreadsheets, and external APIs.
• Maintain and update databases to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
• Analyze large datasets using statistical techniques to identify patterns, trends, and correlations.
• Create comprehensive reports and interactive dashboards with Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, operations, and IT teams to understand data needs and provide analytical support.
• Work with data engineers to improve data collection and processing pipelines.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to stakeholders.
• Stay informed about industry best practices in data analysis and visualization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Fluent French (minimum C1 level) with strong written and verbal communication skills.
