MAM/DAM Product Operations Specialist

About the role

As a MAM/DAM Product Operations Specialist you will act as the bridge between users, the Product Owner, development teams and other stakeholders. You will provide first‑level operational support for Bosch's media asset management solutions and help continuously improve the product.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for users, handling tickets related to errors, access, content and metadata.
• Troubleshoot functional and technical issues, reproduce problems and either resolve them or escalate to the appropriate team.
• Support day‑to‑day data, content and user administration, including permission management and metadata consistency.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to track product issues, feature requests and improvements throughout the development lifecycle.
• Maintain documentation such as user guides, FAQs and a knowledge base for internal and external users.
• Collect user feedback, identify recurring problems and propose process or product enhancements.

Required profile

• Degree in Information Technology, Media Technology, Business Administration or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in application support, product operations or technical support.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent written and spoken English, including technical terminology.

Required skills

• MAM/DAM platforms and Digital Asset Management concepts.
• Ticket handling and first‑level support processes.
• Working with IT systems, structured data and metadata models.
• Collaboration tools: Jira, Confluence and SharePoint.
