Customer Support Representative (Turkish)

About the role

We are seeking a native‑level Turkish speaker to join a leading Outsourcing/BPO company in Lisbon. The role focuses on evaluating and annotating AI‑generated content, ensuring high quality and compliance with detailed guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Review and assess AI‑generated responses for relevance, factual accuracy, safety, and policy compliance.
• Label and annotate language model outputs consistently according to complex guidelines.
• Identify inconsistencies, edge cases, and potential quality issues, escalating when necessary.
• Analyse structured text and datasets, providing actionable feedback to improve AI models.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to data security standards.
• Adapt to updated processes, guidelines, and project requirements while meeting productivity targets.

Required profile

• Native‑level proficiency in Turkish with excellent written communication.
• Good command of English (minimum B2 level).
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models, and annotation/evaluation platforms.
• Previous experience in AI data annotation, LLM evaluation, quality assurance, or related analytical environments is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical, critical‑thinking, and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, quality‑driven environment while handling confidential information with discretion.
