Customer Service Associate

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and efficient Customer Service Associate to join our retail team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for shoppers, delivering a distinctive and delightful experience while handling sales transactions and store upkeep.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer questions and provide assistance with products and services.
• Operate the assigned cash register, process sales, returns, refunds, rain checks and exchanges.
• Handle cash, issue change and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Maintain clean, well‑merchandised counters and shelves; perform inventory checks and stock rotation.
• Implement asset‑protection procedures and ensure compliance with state and local regulations for regulated items.
• Set up and maintain promotional displays, seasonal merchandise and photo‑service stations.
• Fulfill web‑pick‑up orders, monitor the Picture Care Plus system and deliver orders to customers.
• Assist with store cleanliness, both interior and exterior, and support special assignments as needed.

Required profile

• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to work collaboratively with coworkers and follow company policies.
• Preferred: at least six months of retail experience, preferably in a similar environment.

Required skills

• POS system operation and cash‑handling proficiency.
• Basic inventory management and merchandising knowledge.
