Customer Service Assistant – French Market

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Assistant to support our French‑speaking customers. You will join a fast‑growing tech company specialized in national and international transport, working from our office in Cacém – Sintra.
Key responsibilities
- Respond quickly to customer inquiries via phone, email and chat.
- Proactively resolve issues and complaints, aiming for satisfactory solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide accurate, up‑to‑date information.
Required profile
- Fluent in French (mandatory) and Portuguese.
- Previous experience in customer service, support or a related CRM environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem‑solving ability and a proactive, ownership mindset.
