Customer Service Agent – Data & Complaints Administration

About the role

Enovis is seeking a Customer Service Agent to join its Business Services team in Lisbon. The role focuses on managing customer master data and handling product complaints for the Southern Europe market, supporting the company’s mission to improve patient outcomes through innovative medical technology.

Key responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain accurate customer master data records.
• Administer and process product complaints and claims, ensuring timely resolution.
• Support compliance and audit requirements related to customer data and complaint handling.
• Coordinate complaint information between Customer Service, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and other business functions.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Administration, Finance, Logistics, IT, and Quality teams.
• Provide professional support to internal and external stakeholders across France, BENELUX, and Italy.

Required profile

• Strong interest in patient care and medical technology.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross‑functional, European environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional European languages are a plus.
