Communication Trainee

About the role

As a Communication Specialist Trainee, you will support the development of communication materials and the delivery of targeted messages to end‑user groups impacted by the ngCoreERP Pilot and its ecosystem. The ngCoreERP Program Office is responsible for building a new digital platform that supports Finance and Operations business processes, driving efficiency and creating value for Nokia.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver communication assets such as articles, email content, presentations, videos, and SharePoint pages to ensure clear and impact messaging.
• Simplify complex topics by gathering and reviewing inputs from multiple sources, transforming them into accessible and engaging communications.
• Manage communication channels and tools, including distribution lists, shared mailboxes, and the Nokia Identity Management System.
• Plan and facilitate engagement activities, such as information sessions, stakeholder interactions, and awareness initiatives.
• Track, monitor, and report on communication activities to measure effectiveness and support continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or a related field.
• Strong PowerPoint skills, including the ability to design clear, impactful, and visually compelling presentations.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience gained through academic projects, internships, or extracurricular activities involving AI, automation, digital transformation, or process improvement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
