Client Services Associate – PR

About the role

As a Client Services Associate focused on PR, you will act as the primary liaison between IDR’s clients and our network of experts. You will manage multiple projects, ensure smooth communication, and help grow client relationships across various industries.

Key responsibilities

• Own and nurture relationships with assigned clients, understanding their preferences and business needs.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end client projects, maintaining timelines, priorities, and clear communication.
• Partner with Operations and Research teams to resolve issues and deliver high‑quality expert insights.
• Schedule and facilitate conversations between clients and global industry experts.
• Review expert submissions for quality before delivery to clients.
• Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to account growth.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in client services, account management, or project coordination.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, comfortable interacting with diverse personalities.
• Curiosity about various industries and a fast‑paced work environment.
