Call Center Agent (English/Portuguese) – Remote

About the role

Join UPS as a remote Call Center Agent, serving current and potential customers in English and Portuguese. You will be the first point of contact, delivering accurate information, resolving incidents, and promoting UPS services.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer phone calls and provide complete, accurate information.
• Understand, assess, and professionally resolve incidents according to UPS guidelines.
• Promote and upsell UPS products when appropriate and attract new customers.
• Explain actions taken and commitments made to customers.
• Follow security protocols to protect customer data.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Portuguese; additional languages are a plus.
• High school diploma (12th grade) or equivalent.
• Availability to work from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency at user level.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel.
