Business Development & Recruitment Consultant – Malta Relocation

About the role

Archer IT Recruitment is expanding its international team in Malta and is looking for motivated professionals to join either the Business Development or Recruitment Consultant track. You will be based in Malta, receive full training, and have the opportunity to shape your own career path while contributing to the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage new clients, pitch Archer’s services, and manage the sales pipeline (Business Development).
• Close deals, drive revenue, and meet performance KPIs with uncapped commission.
• Source, interview, and assess IT talent for client positions (Recruitment Consultant).
• Match candidates to client requirements, manage the full hiring process, and close placements.

Required profile

• 1‑5 years of experience in sales, business development, recruitment, or any outbound customer‑facing role.
• EU passport (mandatory) and willingness to relocate to Malta.
• Ambitious, resilient, and eager to grow professionally.
