Business Developer & Product Owner

About the role

As a Business Developer & Product Owner you will actively support Bosch’s transformation toward innovative, data‑driven technologies in Electrified Motion. You will help define circular‑economy standards by making R‑Decision (Reuse, Remanufacturing, Recycling) possible at the end of component lifecycles.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and explore data‑driven solutions for R‑Decision within the Circular Economy Project.
• Coordinate the scope of R‑Decision activities across multiple teams.
• Drive product development, sales and customer‑communication initiatives in a fast‑paced environment.
• Lead cross‑functional projects using agile methods and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Travel as needed to support project implementation and stakeholder engagement.

Required profile

• Completed degree in engineering, natural sciences or equivalent practical experience.
• Persuasive, communicative, highly motivated and fully engaged.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with strong organisational and adaptive abilities.
• Several years of experience in product development, sales, project management or service business, preferably with a start‑up mentality.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.
