Junior Quality Assurance Tester (Hybrid, Lisbon)

About the role

KCS IT is looking for a motivated Junior Quality Assurance Tester to join its team in Lisbon. You will work on testing SAP applications and support multiple client projects, both on‑site and remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design, create and execute functional test cases for SAP modules.
• Log, track and verify defects using a test management tool.
• Collaborate with developers and business analysts to ensure quality standards.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and provide testing status updates.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience as a Software or QA Tester.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English, both spoken and written.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model (2 days per week on‑site at Cais do Sodré, Lisbon).

Required skills

• Testing of SAP applications/modules.
• Experience with test management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps or HP ALM.
• Basic knowledge of SQL.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• ISTQB Foundation Certification (preferred).
