Business Copywriter – B2B Growth

About the role

Revolut is looking for a B2B Growth Copywriter to turn data‑driven insights into compelling copy that fuels performance marketing for Revolut Business. You will craft ads, social posts, and other promotional material across multiple markets, constantly testing and iterating to maximise conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Create, edit, and proofread copy for performance‑marketing and advertising channels, including social, Google, OOH and digital OOH.
• Develop clear narratives that highlight Revolut Business features and benefits.
• Produce top‑of‑funnel, mid‑funnel and bottom‑of‑funnel messaging that aligns with the brand style guide and local market nuances.
• Review longer‑form assets such as scripts, e‑books, landing pages and brochures.
• Collaborate with Business Marketing, Design, Legal and Localization teams to ensure consistency and compliance.

Required profile

• Fluent English with exceptional writing, speaking and editing abilities.
• 5+ years of experience in B2B performance marketing, advertising or content creation.
• Strong understanding of B2B content best practices and audience psychology.
• Proven ability to produce high‑volume, varied copy for multiple markets.
• Self‑starter mindset, able to manage workload, priorities and tight deadlines independently.
