Product Marketing Manager – Retail

We are looking for a motivated Product Marketing Manager to elevate our core financial features, position Revolut as the primary account for users worldwide and build trust through clear value communication.

Key responsibilities

• Understand global customer needs and how core financial features function across markets.
• Extract data‑driven insights from feedback loops and trends to shape product marketing strategy.
• Create and own multi‑channel product marketing strategies, designing quarterly roadmaps that prioritize creative projects to increase main‑account usage.
• Lead the development and execution of launch strategies, crafting value propositions, messaging and briefing creatives.
• Orchestrate product launches across marketing channels and geographies, collaborating with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Experience in B2C product, brand or consumer marketing, preferably in a hyper‑growth tech company.
• Strong knowledge of fintech or payments markets and competitive landscape.
• Proven ability to set strategic direction and manage complex go‑to‑market campaigns with cross‑functional input.
• Track record of generating original ideas while maintaining brand integrity.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and meticulous attention to detail.
