B2B Spanish-speaking Customer Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a B2B Spanish‑speaking Customer Specialist to join our Lisbon team supporting business clients of a leading payment solutions provider. You will assist merchants with technical issues, payment processing and platform optimisation while delivering a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide B2B support via phone, email and chat, helping clients maximise platform benefits.
• Troubleshoot technical problems related to payment processing and system configuration.
• Verify account information and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records and follow internal procedures.
• Work rotating shifts, including nights, to support 24/7 operations.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and proficient in Spanish.
• High school diploma and stable employment history.
• At least 1 year of customer‑service experience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving mindset and ability to multitask.
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Experience with automated customer service platforms (preferred).
