Application Support Analyst – French Speaker

About the role

We are looking for an Application Support Analyst who will join Natixis’ HR IT support team in Porto. The role focuses on providing first‑ and second‑level assistance for the Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management platform, supporting HR, talent and recruitment processes for the Group.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Level 1 and Level 2 support for Oracle Cloud HCM applications.
• Handle user communications through Microsoft Teams, Outlook and phone.
• Follow established procedures to monitor and report on service KPIs.
• Ensure quality assurance of digital content for e‑learning deployments.
• Extract, analyse and present data in collaboration with the support team.
• Coordinate with project and development teams and maintain close contact with the Paris office.

Required profile

• Fluent French (mandatory) and at least B2 level English.
• Administrative mindset with strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of HR procedures, especially recruitment and talent management (a plus).
• Familiarity with quality assurance and data quality concepts (a plus).
• Understanding of Learning Management Systems (a plus).
