Aeronautical Engineer – Design & Simulation Integration

About the role

TEKEVER is seeking an Aeronautical Engineer who will bridge aircraft design and engineering tools for unmanned aerial vehicles. You will contribute to conceptual UAV designs, refine simulation models, and support performance analysis within a multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate on conceptual and preliminary design of new UAV configurations, performing sizing and trade‑off studies.
• Develop, tune, and validate flight models and system identification to ensure digital simulations match real‑world behavior.
• Run mission analysis, stability calculations, and automate performance and flight‑load estimations.
• Maintain and improve internal engineering calculation frameworks and related tools.
• Translate theoretical designs into physical prototypes using 3D printing or composite manufacturing and support flight‑testing campaigns.

Required profile

• Degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 1–6 years of experience in aircraft design, simulation, or performance analysis.
• Strong understanding of aerodynamics and flight dynamics.
• Hands‑on attitude, able to prototype and troubleshoot complex systems.

Required skills

• Solid fundamentals in Aerodynamics.
• Knowledge of Flight Dynamics and system identification.
• Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation.
• Experience with CAD tools, preferably SolidWorks, for rapid prototyping.
